Summary: 2000 Dawson Challenge. Write a 'court scene' in which you are the prosecutor/defendant (however you want to view it) against NoRomos, or SD shippers, or * looks around at Martouf- lovers * or anyone. You have to cite evidence from different shippy episodes that prove 'beyond a shadow of a doubt' (or was that 'reasonable suspicion?') that Sam and Jack are in love. Summary: 2002 Deep Impact Challenge. A fic in which sam and jack are only friends to begin with. earth (or whatever) is in danger of the destruction of humankind (asteroids, goa'uld or something more terrible)and they're picking only all the top ppl - scientists and the like - SG are all included except jack. from there, they figure out that for jack to live, he has to marry one of the ppl picked (heheee) so that happens, yet they're only still friends - and amidst the adventures and fight for survival following (hint hint nudge nudge), their friendship grows into everything us ppl support * g * if you've seen Deep Impact, you'll know where i got this from :)

Summary: 2003 Deep Sleep Challenge.
Sam and Jack are put into a deep sleep and dream of teir past. things long forgotten start to come out, (samandjack meet when sam is still a teenager and they start dating. jack goes to war or sumthin but b4 he goes he gets engaged to sam, but loses his memory.)

Summary: 2003 Defying Orders Challenge.
1.) Sam and Jack have to start out with UST at the beginning. Whether or not it's resolved is up to you
2.) Jacob has to think that something is going on between S/J and question them about it. (He's not happy)
3.) The team defies a direct order.
4.) Jack has to say to General Hammond: "I figured that it would be easier to ask for forgiveness rather than permission." You can end the statement there, or add on, "Besides, since we didn't ask, you technically didn't say no." It all depends on your take on the story. You can also adapt it so that instead of 'I', Jack says "We figured..." Again, depends on your take of it.
Okay, that's about it. Remember, major UST, and Jacob needs a big part in it. Plus, he IS NOT(at least right away) about the idea of S/J being together, You can decide whether or not they actually are, but he needs to at least think they are.

Summary: 2002 Descent Challenge.
It doesn't matter where abouts in the episode you start the story my idea is based around the scene where Sam and Jack are trapped in the room with the water rising, but instead of the water coming in fast it takes a couple of hours to fill get the picture sam and jack trapped together thinking their going to die, with a couple of things to get off their minds.

Summary: 2003 DM POV Challenge.
A story from either Sam's or Jack's point of view about the events of Desperate Measures. Could even take both points of view if you are really daring ;) (You know the aftermath of Sam being found just the doctors prepare to terminate her, or when Jack is found face down after being shot twice). It could be interesting.

C) or someone from Jacks past turns up and tells SG1 accidentily about how Jack had to take strong pills because of a mental problem
* No character deaths if possible Please!
* Shipper moments worked into the story some how
