Fishing. Such a lovely sport! Thanks for the story. I can hardly imagine what it would be like to live under those frat restrictions, and then have them lifted. However, the doubt, hesitation, and internal questioning about 'how to proceed', 'will it be the same', and 'have I imagined too much' that Jack does, seems right. The going fishing part is especially right. Thanks.
